Terms and Conditions.
Ibiza Elite acts as agents for owners of individual villas on the island of Ibiza.
Booking
By receipt of 50 % of the agreed rental sum your booking is secured and valid. The
remaining 50 % have to be paid 30 days before arrival. Incase this second payment is not
received in time Ibiza Elite considers the reservation null and void.
Security deposit
We require a security deposit of 50 % value of a weeks rental sum. This security deposit
will be refunded within maximum 4 weeks of your return home. This deposit has to be in
cash on arrival to the villa.
Force Majeure
We cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation except where expressly stated,
where the performance of our contractual obligation or level of service is prevented by
reason of circumstances amounting to Force Majeure such as war, threat of war, act of God,

terrorism, civil strike, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, fire, adverse
weather conditions, unplanned building/roadworks, technical problems of an unforseen
nature, or similar circumstances beyond our control.
