VIP Services Ibiza — Solving the Four Problems This Island Creates
Ibiza is not a difficult place to enjoy. It is a difficult place to organise, and for four specific reasons: it is 45 kilometres long, the taxi supply gives out in high season, the best things are full, and everything happens several hours later than you are used to.

- VIP Services
Rather than list services, this page is arranged by those problems. If none of them apply to your trip, you do not need us for that part.
Problem One: Moving Around
This is the big one and the cheapest to solve. Sant Antoni to Santa Eulària is a genuine 40 minutes. The north is an hour from the airport. Playa d'en Bossa is ten minutes from arrivals and that is the exception, not the rule.
In July and August you cannot rely on hailing a taxi, and at closing time outside a club it is not happening at all. A car and driver on standby for the nights you are out is the single change that improves an Ibiza week most, and it costs less than a week of cab fares plus the waiting.
Airport transfers, a vehicle for the week, transfers to and from the marinas at Botafoch and Ibiza Magna, and the return leg at five in the morning are all arranged the same way.
Problem Two: Getting Into Full Places
Between mid-July and the end of August, the restaurants people have heard of, the front beds at the beach clubs on the south coast and the tables at the two or three big rooms are all booked out well before you land.
What we do here is a mix of booking early and knowing where the good alternatives are. A table at a village restaurant in Sant Josep on a Saturday in August is easy and the food is frequently better than the room you could not get into. Club tables and how the minimum spend works are covered on the VIP clubs page; the honest limits of what a fixer can achieve at short notice are on the concierge page.
Problem Three: Filling the Middle of the Day
Nothing you came for happens between eleven in the morning and four in the afternoon. Clubs are shut, dinner is six hours away, and the beaches are at their hottest and busiest. This is when trips lose their momentum.
The answer is usually water. A charter for the day from Marina Botafoch, the fast ferry to Formentera which takes about half an hour from Ibiza Town, or an anchored lunch somewhere along the south coast. Failing that, drive inland — Santa Gertrudis and the villages around Sant Joan are twenty degrees calmer than the coast in every sense.
We also handle villa staffing for the days you do not want to go anywhere: a chef for one dinner, provisioning before you arrive, someone to deal with the pool.
Problem Four: Having One Person Who Answers
By day three of a busy trip you are typically dealing with a villa agent, a charter operator, two restaurants, a driver and whoever booked the table. When something moves — and in August something always moves — you are the one making six phone calls.
Our arrangement is one named contact for the whole stay, reachable at the hours this island actually operates in. If the boat shifts by an hour, the driver and the restaurant are told, and you find out once. If you have booked company for part of the week, that is coordinated by the same person, not a separate desk.
The VIP escort tier exists for the evenings where the setting demands it, and packaged itineraries exist if you would rather approve a plan than build one.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and most people should. A driver for three nights, or a boat and nothing else, is a completely normal request. There is no package requirement and no membership.
Transport, without much competition. Everything else on the island has a workaround; being stranded at six in the morning in August does not. Sort the driving before you sort the dinners.
Coordination and companion bookings run all year. Charters, beach clubs and nightlife follow the season, roughly from the opening parties in late April and May to the closings in late September and early October.
Villas months ahead for August, boats and sought-after tables two to four weeks, cars and companions a few days. Same-day requests are often possible for transport and rarely for anything that has a fixed capacity.
