The Best Restaurants in Ibiza for 2026 — A Local Insider's List

Ibiza restaurant culture has shifted noticeably over the past two seasons. The post-pandemic price corrections never really arrived, but the quality at the top tier did climb — and a handful of new openings have genuinely changed the conversation about where to eat. This is our working list for 2026, based on what our concierge team books most often and what our dinner-date escorts report from their evenings on the island.

Lunch on the Beach — Where the Day Begins

For decades the lunch question has had one answer: Blue Marlin Ibiza on Cala Jondal. That has not changed — the front-row tables still set the bar for what beachfront lunch means in the Mediterranean, and the wine list still rewards a careful read. Book at least two weeks ahead for August.

The realistic alternative is Beachouse Ibiza on Playa d'en Bossa. Same calibre of food and crowd, slightly more relaxed energy, easier-to-secure reservation. Both are within minutes of Cala Jondal and the surrounding hillside villas.

For something quieter, Sa Punta on Es Vedrà beach is the local favourite. Sunset arrives early on this side of the island and the entire terrace lights up in gold. Pair it with a long walk back along the coast road and you have one of the best Ibiza afternoons available.

Dinner in Eivissa — The Heart of the Evening

Ibiza Town dining stays consistently strong. Our top recommendations for 2026:

  • Lío Restaurant Beach Ibiza — flawless Asian-fusion presentation, on the Six Senses Ibiza property in Talamanca. Lounge-restaurant hybrid that suits dressed-up groups.
  • La Brasa — windmill views, fresh fish, gypsy-jazz vibe in summer. Reservations need to be made early.
  • Es Boldadó Seaside — built into the rocks south of Eivissa. Lobster, sea urchin, the works. A statement dinner.
  • Re.Art — the chef-driven seasonal Spanish list that locals book first.
  • Nobu Matsuhisa Ibiza — relocated and refreshed for 2026, still the premier sushi address.

After Midnight — Late Bites & Bars

The Ibiza night moves slowly from dinner to bars to clubs — and the in-between hour matters. Caprice in Sa Penya handles cocktails. Sunset Strip Bar in San Antonio handles the spectacle. Mint Lounge handles the wind-down.

How to Actually Book These Restaurants

The published booking platforms catch only a fraction of available tables. The good ones are held back for hotel concierges, repeat guests, and call-ahead regulars. Our team holds direct lines to most of the venues on this list and can secure tables that don't appear publicly — especially useful when paired with a companion booking.
